How ZAPaSPAM works?
ZAPaSPAM is permission based software that fully integrates with your Outlook or Outlook Express to block unwanted e-mail from entering your Inbox.
Our logic is simple:

-
You receive an e-mail from a sender.
-
ZAPaSPAM scans the incoming e-mail against your White List and Black List.
-
An e-mail from an authorized sender (White List) will be delivered to your Inbox.
-
All other e-mails will be delivered to your "Rejected Mails" folder for later review, or you can opt to have it automatically deleted.
-
As an option, ZAPaSPAM can automatically send an "Undeliverable Notice" to unauthorized senders.
-
E-mails from a Black List sources will be zapped from your Outlook. This help to prevent inappropriate contents or images from being displayed on your computer.
-
Using the "Undeliverable Notice", a legitimate sender can reply to you to request for an authorization code.
-
ZAPaSPAM will place the "replied" notice into the "Request Authorization" folder. You can review the request at any time and add them to your White List.
As an added feature, you can activate the "secured mode" in your ZAPaSPAM settings.
When activated, only e-mails with the issued "authorization codes " will be delivered to your Inbox. All other e-mails ( including those from individuals in your White List without authorization codes ) will be delivered to your "Rejected Mails" folder. By activating this feature, you can prevent e-mail spoofing from spammers. To see how the secured mode works, click here.
