This Privacy Policy does not apply to other Web sites that may be accessible through our link services. Our sites may contain links to other sites operated by our partners, affiliates, including but not limited to third party sites.  We strongly encourage you to review the privacy policies of those other sites.

As a strict policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your email address with any other company or third party.

We believe that you should have complete privacy and control over your e-mail. Thus we do NOT collect information about the content or senders of e-mail messages you receive. Our ZAPaSPAM software resides locally on your computer and processes incoming mail only on your computer. No information about the content of your e-mail or the senders of those messages is ever communicated specifically or in aggregate by our software.

Our software does not require or transmit personal data or e-mail information to a 3 rd party service to perform sender confirmations. At your option, you may allow our software to automatically attempt to confirm that a rejected e-mail message was sent by a person, rather than the automated systems used by senders of unwanted e-mail. The automated "Undeliverable Notice" message is sent directly to the e-mail address indicated by the sender of the rejected e-mail message.

Cookies
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide features such as welcoming you back to our site using your name and storing items in your shopping cart.  Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Even without a cookie, you can still use most of the features on our site, including placing items in your shopping cart and purchasing them.

Data Collection

We collect personal information such as your contact information (name, address, e-mail address), billing information (credit card number, billing address).  When submitting personal information on our online form, we will identify which fields are required in order to fulfill your order. Additionally, our Web server collects click-stream information such as the address (or "URL") of the Web site that you came from before visiting our site, which pages you visit on our site, which browser you used to view our site, your IP address (for security purpose) and any search terms you have entered on our site.

When you are shopping on our site, we use encryption technology, such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect your credit card information, and any data during the transport process against the loss, misuse, unauthorized access and alteration.

Although we cannot guarantee against any loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction of data, we take reasonable precautions to prevent such unfortunate occurrences. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us by e-mail and you do so at your own risk.
