Q: Can ZAPaSPAM run on Outlook for Mac OS?
A: Not at this time. Currently we only support Windows 98/ME/NT/2000 and XP operating system.

Q: Does ZAPaSPAM work with my Hotmail account?
A:
Although Hotmail is accessible from within Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, but since they are HTTP mail instead of IMAP or POP3 mail account, ZAPaSPAM is unable to validate Hotmail messages at this time.

Q: Does ZAPaSPAM work with my Yahoo! mail account?
A: Yahoo offers POP3 access with its Yahoo! Mail Plus premium service. After you signed up for their premium service, you simply set up POP3 access from Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express by following the instructions from Yahoo.

Q: Does ZAPaSPAM work with my AOL mail account?
A: You can access AOL mail if you install additional software (e.g. eMail2Pop) that can access AOL mail and make it available to Microsoft Outlook. For more information about eMail2Pop and instructions for accessing AOL mail from Microsoft Outlook, please visit www.email2pop.com.

Q: I'm behind a firewall, will ZAPaSPAM work?
A: ZAPaSPAM is integrated with Outlook and Outlook Express, so as long as you can retrieve your e-mails from Outlook it should have no effect on ZAPaSPAM.

Q: Can I use ZAPaSPAM with IMAP account?
A: Yes, ZAPaSPAM will work with IMAP or POP3 mail account. Basically, if you can retrieve e-mail message from Outlook or Outlook Express, ZAPaSPAM will be able to protect your Inbox from unwanted e-mails.

Q: I have multiple users on the same computer, can I use ZAPaSPAM?
A: ZAPaSPAM is installed on your computer for all users but only user that has "administrator's rights" will be able to use it.

Q: I have multiple profiles in my Outlook (or identities in Express), can I use ZAPaSPAM?
A:
Yes, ZAPaSPAM treats each profile separately, thus you can have multiple profiles. In addition, you can also have multiple mail accounts within each profile. We treat Outlook Express "identities" the same way as we do with Outlook "profile".

Q: I have multiple accounts in my profile; does ZAPaSPAM protect all my accounts?
A: Yes. Each profile will have its own White List and Black List, thus all accounts will be validated against these lists. For example: if you have two POP3 accounts as John@mycompany.com and John@myhome.com setup in profile called "John's Outlook Profile", ZAPaSPAM will block all spam e-mail that is sent to either account.

Q: Does ZAPaSPAM work with Outlook or Outlook Express e-mail rules?
A: Yes, ZAPaSPAM automatically validates all of the rules that you have set up in Outlook or Outlook Express.
